FNB Business credit card dept is dysfunctional

Please could someone enlighten us as to just WTH is going on with the FNB Business credit card department and its equally useless courier company (CCD or some such)? We have three business credit cards linked to our profile. One expired in December 2020, and despite having chased CCD around for weeks, we still do not have the renewal card, almost 8 months later. The second expired in April 2021, and I was able to obtain the renewal card only by visiting FNB Killarney Mall twice. The first time to ask for a renewal card to be issued, the second to collect it. That’s one trip too many, as far as I’m concerned. The third one expired in July 2021. Once again, I visited Killarney Mall branch in July to request a renewal card, then again Friday last week to collect it. I was told that the card is with the courier company, and that they would contact me within 24 business hours (what does that mean anyway?) to arrange for delivery. Needless to say, I’m still waiting. I need these renewal cards to be issued without my having to request them. I need them to be available for collection at my home branch, and I need to be notified that they’re available for collection. Is this all too much to ask for?
