FNB BUSINESS CREDIT CARD

I am frustrated and so angry with FNB right now. I have been trying to close my business credit card since mid-June and it is now over 2 months and it's not done. I even incurred interest charges due to their incompetence in not honouring my request. Even after contacting them a countless number of times, this is still not resolved. The last call I made I was told they can see account was sent for closure in June but were not sure why it is still active. I am beyond angry and frustrated. I just made a call now again to enquire and I am told their system is down and I...I MUST CALL THEM BACK to check after an hour. So they can't even take my details to call me back despite my anger at their poor service. This is NOT TCF compliant. I have been with this bank for years, and have defended them with every person who complains about them. They DO NOT deserve my business!!!
