FNB Business Credit Card

I am disappointed about how the Key West FNB Branch failed me. My employee ordered a credit card from Witbank branch and it was delivered to the FNB Key West Branch. I requested them to transfer the card to the correct branch as it was ordered to be delivered at the FNB Ogies Branch. I was told that it was not possible. I asked them if they could not find someone accountable for this mistake, and the branch Manager said no. I also asked that my business must now suffer and no one will be accountable for this.
