FNB business connect app and pc not working properly
From the end of January I have been having a problem with my app not authorising my payments or login. I had to re-activate my account 3 times which costs R200 and some change. When I called the call center I explaining that there is something wrong with the app. He said there is nothing they can see except that's it blocked by the 4 digit pin. So had pay for another reactivation to document what was going wrong. While this was going on I sent the 1st email email to the business banker Nazrana Basha which I never received a response. On 11 Feb I sent the second email and complained on the website. For two days still no repsonse so I laid another on the fnb website and this time copied and pasted the two emails to Nazrana. On Thursday, 14 feb I finally recieved a call from her. The emails were never received. We were on the line for over an hour. The both profiles the problem was the app. With the 1st Nazrana had to remove my phone off my profile then I relinked the phone and it worked. It close to 17:00, I asked that the fees for the reactivation to be dissolved as this was a problem of the app vs computer. So I don't see why I should pay for fnb system not working properly for. Nazrana response was that this is the first of she hearing it. But she will speak to someone the next day and get back to me. I sent two emails, called the call centre on two occasions asking for assistance. I do not accept that my organisation has to pay for bank fees due to fnb technical problems.
On my 2nd business profile the app authorized a transaction but the pc continued to count. The problem is not sorted out. So from the 1st of Feb till today I can not make payments out my account. I assumed that Nazrana would have rectified the problem by today Monday, 18 Feb. Why am I paying bank fees this month if I can not even use my bank account?
