FNB Business Complaint
FNB Business Threatening Disabled Person
I am a small business owner, who is paralyzed and I don't have any work at the moment, I rely on donations from family member and friends. FNB has shown no compassion or empathy for my situation, they are now threatening me with summons, despite me trying to make an arrangement to pay something that I can afford, however they will not accept it, there is absolutely no empathy, I've had to deal with being ill, paralyzed, not being able to work or find work during the pandemic, small businesses have suffered a great deal because of the pandemic, but what banks don't realize is that small businesses were suffering prior to the pandemic and now it feels like being kicked when you're already down, its very unfair. I'm offering to pay something to toward my debt and yet this is not good enough for FNB, I'm not evasive in any way, I've kept in communication with FNB and explained my situation countless times but to no avail. Its interesting when my business was doing well, FNB was there to help in any way, yet when I'm down and out they're there to make it even more difficult, when really FNB should be there to assist small business clients especially when times are tough.
A Very Disappointed FNB Customer
