fnb business cheque account pathetic service
reference no ***3 spoke to Victoria and Ntombi on two separate days regarding my new Business Chq account being activated. Spent 3hrs at the branch insuring that all docs are submitted. over a week has fone by and acc still blocked for fica and i cannot operate my business.

09 Jun 2021, 18:25Hi after the complaint my account was unblocked and i could use it. the problem i now have is that i am on your sms system. i am still getting messages to upload docs while my account is already sorted. Pls remove my number from your sms system. i get these text 3times a day mon-friday
