FNB Business banking...should be called FNB NO business banking...

This is going out especially to FNB Business banking: I have been a personal cheque account holder of FNB and during the Covid-19 had to find alternative work. opened my own business and decided to open an account with FNB...WHAT A MISSION to get a small query resolved. Over 18 working days now, still not resolved.
