FNB Business Banking the worst as they have BOTS running the show

Unfortunately there is no - 10 Stars. We have been trying to reactivate the business account for the better part of 30 days now. we have submitted all required documentation, the FNB FICA department says all FICA requirements have been met. the Directors on the company have been in branch on two occasions to get verified. All done then one is supposed to call Business Desk on *** - this number is a BOT. when going to the bank in branch they unable to assist because it will show on their system that the matter has been escalated. we being sent round in circles with no end in sight. I have no clue how FNB is ranked the number one bank in South Africa, I can guarantee that is **** ratings. this is the worst experience ever.
