FNB Business Banking = Terrible Service

Pathetic service. FNB deducted fees from an account (contrary to instructions and without authority).

I have reported the issue on 4 separate occasions, to no avail. FNB’s business desk is ineffective and unresponsive.

Avoid FNB’s Menlyn Maine branch at all costs: slow, understaffed and inefficient.
