Fnb business banking sucks

Uteerly disgusted and dissapointed at FNB Service received. I app**** for a business bank account online, sent through all my documents and my account has still not been activated. I received sms to say my card is at the branch, took time out to go into the branch only to get told they cant give it as my account is still on hold. I have sent nearly 10 email to *** everytime they ask for new documents which I keep sending. If I knew opening up a business account with fnb would be this much of a nightmare I would have gone with other banks. I have a business to run and need funds paid to my account buy fnb has not activated my account. I need urgent help
