FNB Business banking sort out your admin systems
FNB Business banking need to sort out their admin systems. I have been enundated with multiple sms's and emails from FNB to update my Business FICA on two of my business accounts. After speaking to a call centre agent at my own cost and sending all the necessary info, I am still receiving messages threatening suspension of my accounts for both my businesses. This is unacceptable!!!

13 Sept 2022, 14:29A consultant called me last night 17h55 last night and said she would call back today at 9am. Have not received a call yet. To make things worst I just received another sms now threatening closure. FNB please sort yourself out!!!
