Fnb business banking services

I will never recommend Fnb to anyone else, Fnb with their online, degital, Consultant everything about is out of order. Till today I am waiting for Fnb to get back to me and do the reverse on my business account. On the 30th July 2919 I made one purchase it went thrice in my bank account, because of their speed point was having network problems Reference visa card :A:402573 RRN:35_RNO***.No matter how much that money can be, I will not let it go is my money, I unfortunately I won't be able to give any of my cent to Fnb for free. Please can FNB refund the amount by reversing on my account. The money is still not credited.
