FNB Business banking service poor

Opening a business account, or at least trying.. Process started in Oct 2015. Still not opened. How do I log a complaint to start an investigation why this has not yet been completed? Do you care about other peoples money? Stay away from FNB if you are looking at getting your business up and running quickly!!!
