FNB Business Banking Sabotages SME Growth In S.A
FNB Business Banking Forex Dept is sabotaging growth of SME sector, they are becoming part of banking problem instead of being part of banking solutions to South Africa's SME sector. I regret taking my business to FNB, I am Gatvol...enough is enough. On the 5th of December one of our Washington D.C based clients processed a payment into our account for services to be rendered, when the money came through FNB Business Banking Forex put the funds into a compliance team and I was told that they need to do verification processes and they funds will be cleared within a few and that it won't take more than 7 days, I also provided them with all the transactional paperwork and supporting documents, I was assistance by a consultant called Marc Chetty , who didn't even give dam or empathize or even assure me that process can be fast tracked, we are now about to lose clients because the delay of funds being released is impacting on our service delivery process negatively because of FNB Business Banking Forex, today it's the 14th of December, our funds still haven't been cleared , the 7 day timeline had lapsed and we on the verge of losing business, I regret opening a business account with FNB and I will not recommend to anyone to open a business account with FNB, they are contributing to SME service delivery problems instead of helping us to fast track our services. I AM GATVOL,- I feel ****med by FNB. I feel sabotaged by the ****** bank. (Ref No: R023T97H80- Regards. Mr Lennox Mokwena
