FNB Business Banking Refusing to Release Funds Despite Court Order and Successful Court Outcome

It's been four years, and FNB Absolutely disgusted by the shocking service and treatment from FNB Business Banking. A service provider made FALSE allegations that my business was *****ulent, which resulted in my funds being held. The matter went to court, and I WON the case. I provided FNB with the official court order confirming the outcome and instructing that the matter had been resolved. Yet FNB still refuses to release my funds. Now they are demanding the original court application documents documents that are filed with the High Court in Cape Town and are not even in my possession. What exactly is the point of a COURT ORDER if FNB is going to ignore it and continue making excuses? This has severely damaged my business operations, delayed opportunities, and caused unnecessary financial stress. FNB Business Banking has shown zero urgency, zero accountability, and absolutely no willingness to assist. Every interaction feels like another attempt to delay the process instead of resolving it. It is unacceptable that after being proven innocent in court, I still have to fight with my own bank to access my own money. FNB’s handling of this matter has been ***********, frustrating, and completely unprofessional. I want immediate intervention from senior management and the immediate release of my funds.
