FNB Business Banking poor service, lost money in the trust account

I am so upset 😭 with the service from FNB, I am their loyalty customer for 11 years, but that doesn't count to them, I lost the money in the trust account, when I call to inquire about the transaction that I am not aware of it , it took me an hour and half on the call. They were making me to hold so that I would be transfer to the right department that can help me, after that I went through the department that I was told it going to help, but they told me,I am in a wrong department, for an hour and half of marry go round of the calls. I ended up not getting help I have decided Iam moving my business away from FNB
