FNB business banking poor service

FNB used to be amazing but it seems that they have lost their spark. I've been trying for weeks now to reopen my FNB business account. I've written at least 6 emails and also used the app to complain but to no avail. I've provided all the necessary info but nothing has been done. Please help.
