FNB Business Banking over charges us customers

This is more or less the 3rd time where by i have being charged a high amount of money because my account did not have enough funds.

This is because i do not receive incontact notifications regularly and receive my bank statements. And if it is a long weekend or a normal weekend or if there is public holidays in between the dates scheduled for the debits are completed at a later stage and when FNB deducts their banking fees i do not receive this information resulting in a short fall in my account and mh debit goes off as unpaid. So now i'm basically fed up witb how i am being charged so its either FNB guve back my money for my unoaid debit that i was charged or close off all the banking portfolios that i have with FNB so that i can move to a bank that will appreciate my business.
