FNB business banking not assisting

I have opened a business acc online with FNB. I have received my banking card, have access to online banking but no one can assist me with my issue where i cannot view my account online, i cant see the balance of my account and i cannot do or make transactions, nou FNB you are costing me money, al these fancy business bankin adverts but no assistance i really want to leave this bank.
