FNB business banking non compliance with SARS & Foreigners without papers

FNB Business banking is not compliment to SARS regulations , a foreign operating partner is refusing to pay taxes & the bank has not blocked the accounts. If foreigners don't supply their papers they operate in South Africa knowing they will run off without paying taxes and the bank let this happen without blocking their bank accounts. SA laws are always protecting foreigners even FNB banks
