FNB Business Banking - no response

I am the co-director of a small NPC. I am trying to get a second person appointed as, what FNB refers to as a Sole Administrator on the NPC bank account. The FNB Business team simply does not respond to this request. This is in contrast to my positive experience on the personal banking side. Unless this is resolved soon (I would expect at least a confirmation of receipt of this simple request), I'm going to move the NPC bank account to a different bank. It will be very hard to provide worse service than FNB
