FNB Business Banking - No regards for SME's

I am a small business owner. I submitted all the required documents to FNB on numerous occasions since April 2024. Called the call center almost every 2 weeks. Sent my documents directly to a consultant and my case was escalated to a manager. NO ONE has called me back despite numerous attempts to get this resolved. I'm currently using my personal account for my business. How did FNB win SME bank of the year with such disregard for its clients?
