FNB BUSINESS BANKING IS USELESS. SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST, THEY SUCK!!!!!

FNB Business SUCKS. There is NO SERVICE! I wrote to them stating that I need an urgent bank rating letter from FNB Business Banking from Ratings A - G must be obtained. I need this letter for a Tender. There is no amount involved and apparently it is too much trouble for this pathetic Financial institution to do their job.
