FNB Business banking is useless
Tried to open a business bank account. Sent all the documents. Its been over 2 months. Followed up on numerous occasions. No responce. Pathetic service

The level of service isn’t bad, its actually extremely pathetic. Your staff are unhelpful and your entire system is flawed. We repeated provided the same documentation. I constantly followed up. There was zero feedback and this entire situation has been a waste of our valuable time as a small business. I had no comment for how FNB business banking was voted as the best business banking. After my experience I actually consider it fortunate that we have been with Standard Bank. Your entire process lacks human interaction. The few individuals I did contact have a don’t care attitude and no customer service. Your bank really needs to get its house in-order. Unfortunately due to the nature of our business, I am forced to open an account with FNB however going forward I would appreciate it if there’s a human being who can over see our application. Thank you
