FNB Business Banking is the worst! DO NOT TRY OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH FNB

I have tried to contact the "Business Banking Desk during business hours (08h00 - 17h00 Monday to Friday) on ***" on many, many, many times and nobody picks up. I am trying to open a business account and our contract with the client is dependent on this account being open. The response I received from FNB was that they would be in touch within 3 days, but it's been over a week now and no word. I have sent multiple emails, waited on hold for more than an hour now and still nothing. I have been in to the branch to try get this sorted but they just shrugged their shoulders at the branch and told me to call the abovementioned number. This is shocking. This bank is terrible.
