FNB BUSINESS BANKING INCORRECT DEBIT CHARGES AGAINST ACCOUNT!!!

I have had it with FNB Business Banking, they have incorrectly charged me reversal fees and I have spent untold time and trouble on phone calls up and down and just get told the matter has been escalated. I have lost all my patience with this debacle. This has been going on now for over a month and each time I call I get told it will be resolved within 3 business days. WELL, SURPRISE, STILL NOT DONE. They don't even have the guts to communicate with you about anything regarding these queries, not by email or phone. When I do get through somewhere after holding on I get cut off and even then they don't even call you back. WELL FNB I HAVE HAD IT WITH YOU.
