Pathetic Service... FNB how can we help nobody!!!

I have been trying to get a block lifted off my business account for over a month, utter incompetence from FNB Staff, Thabo Phala confirmed that the account would be sorted and the lift removed , here we are still the same problem... How would they like it if they did not get paid for doing their job, my staff have not been paid due to internal incompetence and stupidity , I have to explain myself week in and week out.. when you ask for someone in management to call you they are conveniently our or not available ... CAN SOMEONE AT FNB WITH SOME SENSE CALL ME SO I CAN CLOSE ALL MY ACCOUNTS ...
