FNB Business Banking Have No Respect for the office of NFO(National Financial Ombudsman)

FNB Have no respect for the office of National Financial Ombudsman and they keep on doing the same thing they were told not to do. They are busy introducing the charge Fee access item for the transaction you performed using your own money. more than five times we have been to Ombudsman and all this time the ruling was in my favor because I prove it beyond reasonable doubt that I use my own money. They feel that they are above the laws of South Africa and could take our money as they please. I lodged a reversal request with them on the first week of December and nobody even bother to call me or send an email.
