FNB Business banking - dreadful

FNB Business Banking has to be the absolute worst section of any of the banks in this country. They deliberately make it impossibly difficult to reach anyone, none of the nuymbers on the emails even ring, the call centre people are often not equipped to solve issues - not their fault. What is strange is that their personal banking is very good, and the BUSINESS is appalling
