FNB Business Banking - Don't Waste Your Time Trying to Open an Account

How long does it take to open a business banking account? Everything for my business is set up and I already need to receive payments, but i cannot do anything with the FNB account that i app**** for because I need a card and pin to activate my online profile. Theres nothing the call center can do because i need to wait for my card. Furthermore, i have recieved no communication from FNB with regards to my account and if its even activated. I thought FNB was an online bank but from experience I can definitely say it is not.
