FNB Business Banking does not care about other businesses

FNB business blocked my business accounts. I am still awaiting their response and I was promised that they would get back to me within 24 -48 hours, this was last week already and up until today, no one has contacted me. I will be incurring penalties from clients I have not been able to pay, yet FNB does not seem to care about that.
