FNB Business Banking

Opened a business account with them three weeks ago. They were very glad to get my business and got me an account immediatly. My card arrived really quick. Then when I want to transfer money it says account frozen. A week later i get hold of someone saying oh they are waiting for my documents. I never recieved any email or message requesting such forms. Then they ask me to send the forms via email, do so, again nothing. Another week passes and they say oh we see admin never sent you the other forms to complete. This is poor service, acctually I should say no service.
