FNB Business Banking completely ***********

I have been trying to open a FNB business account since the 14th of April. I have an international investor who is on the brink of cancelling his investment due to the incompetence of FNB Business banking. We have been given the wrong forms to complete. Details has been captured incorrectly on more than one instance. No personal banker has been appointed . I am totally disgusted with the level of incompetence from these agents working for FNB. They work from home and are completely disinterested in actually doing the work they are getting paid for. I need this complaint to be escallated to a senior business banker at FNB who has actually worked with companies where the main executive are a Non South African resident. If I could give less than one star I would.
