FNB Business banking - cannot contact them
I have opened a business account with FNB, the account has not been activated, but contains funds already! I have followed up on numerous occasions - calling the *** number , holding on for 10 minutes - only to hear that they will escalate the matter. There is no one that can assist, no one to talk to, no one to email, the only answer is we will escalate and come back to you. How long must I wait, should I rather go to another bank?!?!?!?
