FNB Business Banking and Private Wealth Private bankers

I opened a business account with FNB last year August, Till this day the account is blocked they keep sending me FNB Jurisdiction Emails saying complete attachment and I have completed many of these attachments and sent to them but account remained blocked. I contacted my Banker to resolve this numerious times but kept telling me they will contact the Business banking side to resolve this, Now i am forever getting FNB Jurisdiction emails even after requesting them to Cancel and delete the account they still haven't , I have been with FNB for a while but recently i think they have dropped the ball they Are becoming a very Arrogant Bank like A political party i know, the private banking i feel is just another money making scheme that does absolutely nothing at all.
