FNB business banking account pathetic j

Does not even deserve a rating. I have opened a business account on the 29th August and to date the account is still not activated. I have received account confirmation, collected the bank card however the account was never linked to a profile. Im not evem able to make use of the account. Contacted FNB numerous occasions and they keep with the same story its beem escalated amd every time when i call it take yes another 1-3 banking days.

This is the first time i had dealinga with FNB and NEVER AGAIN. THE SERVICE IS BEYOND PATHETIC ACCOUNT IS STILL NOT SORTED
