FNB Business Banking

Poor service on my Business Banking. My supposed relationship banker is non-responsive and NEVER provides any service. One Bank card was to be renewed automatically and sent to Edenvale for collection, whereas we have no presence, be it Business or Private in Edenvale. The other card, which I had to call the call centre to renew, was delivered by DSV, to someone who was not listed as an alternative delivery person, he bumped in to the delivery guy, in the foyer, by chance and the card was handed over to him. The experience with the call centre was professional and efficient.
