FNB Business banking

Utterly disappointed and disgusted with the service from FNB business banking. I have sent my account for CSD validation on numerous occasions and it fails validation despite all details being correct. I have phoned the business desk and email and no one can give me a reason why it is failing. In the mean time while they are playing cat and mouse my business is suffering and my children must go to bed hungry because of their ***********.The department can not pay me because of this!!!!!!!
