FNB Business Banker offering is a pathetic, non existant offering

FNB Business Banking has zero support. The is nevr a banker at their branches, and even when you have been allocated a Business Banker, they always direct you to a Call Centre. I have been requesting an adress update on my business account since December 2024. The banker has perisitantly ignored my e-mails (I have probably sent 6 mails now) and instead when he does respond, its to any other query but the urgent one that I have been flagging. This service is by far the worst service that FNB has- they have zero suppot for their business account holders and I hope they are not charging for this is everything ultimately gets resolved through their call centre.
