FNB Business bank sucks

We a business, we fica our documents at FNB branch Westgate mall on the 9 March 2021. We could use our account until two weeks ago, then FNB froze our account as they say we need too Fica I advised them we did it at a branch. The lady on the phone advised the bank account will be in use within 3 days... I called them on the week. Today I needed too get some money from the account. The bank account is still frozen.
