FNB Business Bank is completely useless!!!!

I am writing this review in the hope that someone will get back to me.

It is a complete nightmare to get a director added to my bank account. I started the process on the 18th of November. I followed up numerously and and even sent an email on multiple occasions to ***; Permissionskyc@fnb <***>. I then asked how do I close my account as I have decided to go with another bank but nothing!!!! Reference below:
