FNB Business Bank account

I started the process of opening a business bank account on the 3rd of February 2023. I got my card ordered ect. I had to then call in as I haven't received any correspondence, saying I haven't sent in the forms. They never sent me the forms, so after the call I got the forms sent to me on the 21st of February 2023. Nearly 3 weeks later. I filled in the forms and kept getting a response to resubmit a document, which I have on 4 occasions. Nobody phones you to say what the problem is on the form ect. I've made 3 calls since then and still no bank account. It's now the 15th of March nearly 5 weeks later, please FNB If I don't have an active account this week I will be taking my business elsewhere.
