FNB BUSINESS BANK

My Business is standing still now for 2 days with my account that was frozen at FNB for Fica where we have send the documentation trough a week back and still the account got frozen , my frustration is without any warning ,written notes they just stop your account then once you mail that same email adders back to query no one replies the number on the bottom of the mail is useless you hold on for more than 20 minutes and no one answers so what can i do now where this bank is costing me money and what do i tell my suppliers and staff members why i cant pay them just for some paper work and who at FNB is going to stand up and phone me to explain or help but by month end i must pay my bank FEEEEEEEEEES!!!!!!!!!! I really won't hestitate to take my business away .
