fnb business are ***********
2 weeks ago i submitted docs for a new business account, not once have FNB contacted me to follow up. today i called and they said my 1 doc was rejected yet they dont inform me . today i was told they are sorry but they forgot to tell me i also need to completer a doc which they will email to me . i get the email and no doc was attached

09 Mar 2022, 16:48this never ends - last week i was told theres ONLY ONE doc missing and i sent it- today you want 2 things i already sent in . you opened my account and im using it but now im told you will freeze it if i dont give the 'missing' docs . WHY OPEN MY ACCOUNT IF YOU ARE MISSING DOCS ????
