FNB business allergies.

Okay, I have been on the phone for 30 minutes. I am trying to take out a loan. I get paid from over seas and this has complicated things. Your robot has transferred me to the same department 3 times. the third person I spoke to, entertained me like I was in the correct department and then finally told me he is not the right person and while I explained to him that this happened 3 times now, he interrupted our call by transferring me without asking while I am talking back to the robot. Are you people allergic to business or something? I teach from 8 in the morning till 8pm at night. I have to call YOU for help, you can not call ME because of my hours. I take time when I can to get stuff done. What an epically frustrating and horrible experience. I am absolutely over trying :/
