fnb business accounts incompetance

I have opened an account with them for my new business in 2019 I have been trying to get this account to transact. till todate the 24th march 2020 it is not sorted in fact they just charged interest and bank fees and the close the account and handed it over to sdk attorneys. the call centre is so *********** that I really thinking to take all my business accounts as well as personal account away from this bank. they say "how can we help" hoping that they don't need to do their work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
