FNB Business Account reactivation making my life a living hell

I can not believe I have to come to HelloPeter about this.

I have been trying to reactivate my business account with the relevant documents sent to a Miss or Mr Ofentse of Permissions KYC who has not gotten back to me about the reactivation. I was also assisted by Andrew Shirindzi from FNB Business who also emailed the Permissions KYC people on my behalf but still no one has take the ownership to communicate with me regarding this.

What do I have to do to get help from FNB?
