FNB Business Account opening process is extremely slow

We have been trying to open a Business Account with FNB for over a month. The online platform is meant to speed up the process but it seems it makes it incredibly difficult given the many documents that need to be signed electronically (which all seem to address similar things) + the long process it takes to verify the electronic signatures.

The last straw was that FNB close the account mid-process which is just defeating.
