FNB Business Account Opening Fail!!!

I opened a business account two weeks ago and still do not have access to my account after numerous calls and emails post submitting my docs. I've never experienced such terrible service opening a business account. NEVER AGAIN! All the call centre agents keep telling me they're escalating the matter and my account should be active in 3 hours but nothing! I spoke to Candy, I spoke to Roselin, I spoke to Kelebogile, I spoke to Kgalalelo... what is the point of speaking to all these people if they're all telling me it's been escalated but no one is attending to it???
