FNB: Business Account Opening

Good day,

In August we opened a business account online, found out two weeks later that the person who was opening the account for us had left FNB. Our application was then handed over to Deevashini Govender who is based at Woodmead Branch. We handed over all documentation required to Deevashini over 6 times already. I have been communicating with her and she confirmed that the account was opened and yet we keep getting emails that our application has been paused because of outstanding company documents

It is now 3 months later and the application has not been finalised. Everytime I call her there is always some story that she will give as to why this account is still pending. For the past week I have been calling and sending her emails and have not had any response from her hence this is my last resort

I have advised her on countless occassions of the urgency to get this application finalised as we need to start working and cannot because of this.

I feel that she is not priorotising this as she is always telling me how busy she is and that she has been out seing clients, meaning that my business is not as important as the other cleints that she sees

Please can you assist and resolve this soon

Company Name: Bobtons Properties/K ********** 389
Directos: Jason Truscott, Brett Rheeder, David Falkenberg
Adress: 36 Karee Lane, Kyalami

Thank you
